No view even though it's located at waterfront. Very small room, outdated elevators, unfriendly unprofessional front staffs. One of the worst front staffs we've experienced over the world.

This property offers good value for the money spent. The amenities are spacious. Restaurant menu late at night was pretty good. Easy access to Halifax waterfront. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay. Slightly dated architecture, but overall cleanliness and service are commendable.

Hotel is good and in a good location to see the waterfront. Lots of construction in the area which is not the hotels fault. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is excellent.

We had a room right by the pool which was great, however, it made for a very loud night when there was a big party of kids screaming and splashing about past 9p before security kicked them all out (adults only from 9-10p). The TV also made a very weird noise when it was turned on, but thankfully it stopped once you switched it to internet tv. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff friendly, and we had a comfortable stay.

Staff were great and welcoming. Hotel was clean and quiet - perfect for a relaxing couple of nights away but disappointed with the view. Booked a harbor view room and expected a view across Halifax harbor but all the rooms are on the side of the hotel so there are no panoramic views of the harbor, just a sidelong glance.
