Staff was wonderful when we had a minor complaint (tv, phone not working) - they responded promptly and solved our issues quickly and competently. Renovations are underway to update facilities. We would happily stay here again.

The drains were clogged and took hours to drain. Other people’s hair/shavings came up the drain in the sink. The pillows were lumpy. The bed was worm. Place is old and tired.
