"Overall it was a good stay. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast every morning was pleasant. The location was fabulous. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Close proximity to bars and restaurants. We went to Pillars for dinner. Very good too. We loved the hiking trail as well. For a short stay, this is such a good option. No elevator, so stairs are your option. We didn’t think it was a big deal, but something to be aware of regards to expectations. Definitely 4.5 stars for the 2...

Not only is it very picturesque but it's got that old English charm and is steeped in history with a museum and walking trail to the Fort Berkeley, giving lovely views of the Ocean. I loved being able to take the boat across to the infinity pool which was divine and to Galleon beach. One can also take Kayaks out for a trip around the harbor. "

We chose it for the price & location being right in the middle of the island and only about 20 minutes in any direction to any of the harbors, etc. They are very kind, very clean & it's peaceful in the 'country' there. The bed was comfy but both of our backs hurt after staying in it for a couple nights, so that's why I rated comfort a 4/5 but overall I would highly recommend!"
