Nos gusto mucho nuestra estancia de 3 noches en el hotel, las camas eran muy comodas y no escuchamos ruidos exteriores, el staff muy buen servicio y siempre amables. Excelente ubicacion a pasos de la linea del metro Skytree.

"Perfect location close to Nagano train and bus station (to get to the snow monkey park) - you can access the hotel using the underpass (useful when raining) and close to the shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and attentive."

"We had a great stay. Check in was easy, the rooms are clean and the staff was great. The location is close to a lot, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Only downside is the age of the bldg, internet and phones were not working."
