"Staff were very friendly! Not sure if I missed it in the description, but the bathrooms are shared and in order to shower you need to book the onsen. By the time we got there all the times that worked for us were booked. The onsen was just a tiny little hot tub essentially in a depressing room-not really what I was hoping for. The soup served for breakfast was great! Overall, I wouldn’t stay again as I don’t like hostels, but if you do then this is an okay find."
