Nice views of the ocean and the mountains. The staff are helpful but not very profesional. Room was pretty neat but should be improved. Towes are old, my room has a peeling wall and the pump bottle in the shower room was not working right, no soap for hand washing.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The check-in process/service at the front desk was a bit slow, there was a required presentation about tourist opportunities at check-in but overall this was a nice hotel.

Beautiful views and location but poor service
Beautifully located with magnificent water views but the staff was unfriendly and slow and the hotel double booked our room, so we had to downgrade for the first night and switch to the room we booked for the second and third nights. The restaurant service was extremely slow but the breakfast was awesome. The tub faucet was too slow to fill and the floor was dusty. No soap or lotion by the sink. The comfort of the bed, convenience, massage, and sunset views made up for everything though.

· Clean rooms, friendly staff and located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of food options in the area (10 min walk or less). I appreciate the washing machine and couch / dining table studio layout of the room. Good value for money.

This is by fae one of the best hotels iv ever stayed in. I was so impressed. Its new and modern and is clean. Greag value for money. Would definitely stay there again. The staff, even with basic english, were just amazing

The guy from the information about trips was really friendly and good. The hotel itself was okay but in the corridors guests were noisy, which was disturbing. Also the breakfast was not very nice and the pool had unclear water.

We totally loved the Paradise Hotel. The staff were all so friendly and took such an interest in what we'd done each day. The rooftop bar was breathtaking. We could sit there all evening watching the town below and all around. A special thanks to Hun and all the bar staff. We also used the spa for a facial and massage which was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the charming afternoon tea every day. Thank you to Paradise Hotel for giving us such a relaxing and hospitable time in Cat Ba Island.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel, staff were excellent in particular My who is professional and lovely to chat, a helpful and beautiful individual, then we met this professional gentleman, An who was also great person, we also met Quynh and Hun at the rooftop who served me. I recommend the hotel to stay , and in general everyone at the hotel were excellent
