"The fraud of hotel totall ruins my experience staying there. Me and my friend stayed in a Comford Single Room with a twin bed. To comfirm the bed is twin, separable, I called the hotel before we booked online. The lady staff confirmed the bed is a twin separable bed without extra cost. Unprofessional service.
