"All staff interactions were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The taxi driver who picked me up at 5AM for a tour and returned for me later was especially pleasant. However, I had a few challenges: The 7-Eleven staff was somewhat impatient with me as I tried to check out. The Cafe was booked out for lunch by a group and I couldn't eat there, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I didn't have any options for lunch except leaving the hotel or going to 7-Eleven. The pillows were too soft and I couldn't get the front desk to understand a question regarding the availability of firmer pillows. My key card failed every other time I used it in the elevator. If someone was already there, it wouldn't recognize my floor, twice I had to walk up from the 10th floor. If someone else came in after me, the elevator would drop my floor and I would have to tap my card again or the other guest would so that I could register my floor. Just a suggestion, but grab bars in the shower would be useful especially for accessibility."

"Beautiful place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely no responses from our multiple requests for information. Beautiful and authentic which makes it a great place but no staff around. We had to go to the hotel next door for dining advice ( very few restaurants around but there is a convience store). Difficult to get to without a car as itโ€™s out of town. Top marks for the staff at the hotel next door who helped us with food and taxis. Better service is needed for foreign travellers."
