"Westin exceeded our expectations. Check in and transfer from the airport was flawless. They are well organized and efficient which is appreciated after a long travel day. We got early check in and late check out to accommodate for our flights. The staff is hands down the best staff of anywhere I’ve been- shout out to arthur, Sarah at the vara, ani gigi and all the waitresses at vara I can’t remember all their names they are all wonderful. Everytime they pass by you they greet you with a smile. So polite and friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good in my opinion- slim options for a picky eater like myself so can’t imagine staying for longer than we did (5 days). There are only two restaurants with the same menu and one with a rotating menu but we didn’t get in our entire stay because it was booked. Our over water bungalow with pool was phenomenal. We never left. Room service was efficient and good. I have nothing bad to say. The only thing I will say is you need reservations for most things you do when the hotel is full. So dinner, activities, etc. it was a little frustrating it was all booked for our stay so we didn’t get to do everything we wanted but overall a wonderful stay at the Westin and we will definitely be back!! "Fanno parte dell' hotel bungalow sul mare, bungalow in giardino e stanze in un fabbricato a parte immersi in ben curato giardino tropicaleSiamo stati in una di queste stanze,non nuovissime ma ben tenute e pulite, con una vista sul mare splendida.Cordiale e disponibile Tutto lo staff(un grazie particolare alla receptionist Giulia) Gradito la disponibilità gratuita di maschera ,pinne ,canoa etc.Non ci hanno entusiasmato i due ristoranti ( sicuramente c'entra anche un questione di gusto) ,non proprio economici"

"Everything, from the welcome to daily life, was amazing. Breakfast was very generous and of great quality, and dinner (which was included in our deal) was also enjoyable every night! The hotel staff was nice with us from the first moment to the last, making sure to track our flight was on time. Special mention as well to the water activity company over the road - we had our first jet ski class and enjoyed daily kayak trips!"

"My stay here was just what I was looking for. Quiet, solitude, and total paradise. Max the host was very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The food was great, beds were comfortable, and the bungalows were spacious. The view from my bungalow was 10 out if 10. The water there is unreal. Shallow lagoon all around the small island was teeming with marine life. Including black tip sharks in the morning, rays, and I even saw a giant moray eel and octopus. So cool! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to unplug this is hard to beat. If you’re looking for nightlife and more activities you’re better off staying at a large resort. But they had paddle boards and kayaks which was great. Too shallow to do much swimming but there were day excursions that you could plan for snorkeling and a trip to the Tahitian pearl and vanilla farm. Amazing! I’ll definitely go back "
