Clean spacious rooms with a delightful owner who will assist you in organising activities.

Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was a little cramped and had a limited amount of hot water. Open hallway so was quite noisy from the street.

Came here with a group of friends for a weekend getaway and we had such a great time. The resort is spacious, super green, and surrounded by mountains we spent so much time just walking around, taking in the view. We played pickleball and even had a small football match in the afternoon, which was a fun surprise. At night we booked the herbal baths and chilled by the pool. Everything felt very local and calming, not touristy or loud

The hotel is really great. Very friendly staff and in great condition. The only problem was the restaurant which did not have enough cooks to meet the demand so it closed

This is a very nice hotel. I did not expect a lot because Ha Giang is not huge for tourism, and, to be honest, the room rates were not expensive. However, i was delighted to find myself in a lovely hotel, modern, clean, well-maintained. Our room was great, with double aspect windows, a good size, modern bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff at reception were very helpful & spoke good English (I did not expect that!) They organised a car & driver for us...

Lovely, informative staff, English spoken, motorcycles and bicycles available for rent. Clean room with everything necessary, super value for money.

Lovely hotel in the city. Great room. Comfortable in every way. Nice view on 7th floor. Spacious. Secure parking for my scooter. Great value. Highly recommended.
