"Amazing stay at the hotel for 5 days! Travelled as a family with young children. The rooms are spotless and the service was amazing from first night to check out. Staff were very professional and welcoming and made the children feel at home. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with many choices available from made to order omelette to many other choices. Eliana at the breakfast time was amazing, kids were looking for her each morning. Overall location, comfort and the beautiful heated pools made the hotel stand out in the true 5 star service it offered. Malta was beautiful and hope to come back again. Thank you Marriott for making our stay wonderful ❤️ "

"Perfect location for a long weekend getaway "

"The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. All of the staff were super helpful. The rooms were very clean and we were able to choose when they were cleaned during the stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms were a good size, and it was great to have a kitchen area and a living room area, but although both rooms had small balconies, only one actually faced the outside of the hotel, the other facing into a wall which meant that the living area and one of the bedrooms were quite dark, even during the day. The patio area that did face the outside of the hotel was lovely though, it overlooked a busy little cafe and we enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by. We had plenty of pillows and towels and the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers etc. Shower gel and hand wash were also provided. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but there was plenty and the hot drinks were very good! The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and an attached restaurant for lunch/dinner and a great cocktail happy hour. "

"Perfect location in San Julian. Building is getting old, but everything works fine. I had few issues with the internet but the staff was quick to bring me solutions, which I really appreciated. Be ware of some house maid who enters your room even when the "do not disturb" sign is at the door."

"It is a great place in great location however the hotel is tired especially for a very expensive terrace room. It is stuck in a time warp and worn out - bed, chairs carpets. The staff in the bars were very slow and poor, particularly at the poolside bar. The addition of a shuttle bus up the hill is great unless 8 Americans want to pile in as well and were abbusive to us and the driver. For 400 euros a night I also expected breakfast!!"
