"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. There is no reception desk and no-one to speak to for assistance. There is nowhere to store bags which is really inconvenient and we had to locate a luggage storage area for our last day and pay for that.
