Great staff, great food. My bathroom smelled mildewy and the shower drain kept flooding the bathroom. Also in winter there is central heating and all our rooms were very hot, like 80F.

경주 여행을 하며 묵었던 켄싱턴 리조트는 전반적으로 기대 이상이었던 숙소였습니다. 시설이나 위치도 만족스러웠지만, 무엇보다 직원분들의 세심한 친절함이 여행의 기억을 훨씬 좋게 만들어 주었습니다. 체크인 과정부터 매우 친절하게 응대해 주셨고, 특히 인상 깊었던 점은 객실을 무료로 업그레이드해 주신 부분이었습니다. 별도의 요청을 드린 것도 아니었는데, 먼저 배려해 주셔서 여행을 시작하는 순간부터 기분이 정말 좋았습니다. 덕분에 더 넓고 쾌적한 공간에서 편안하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 숙박 중 날씨가 추워서 객실이 다소 춥게 느껴진다고 말씀드렸더니, 그에 대한 대응도 정말 감동적이었습니다. 단순히 “조금 기다려 달라”는 말로 끝나는 것이 아니라, 여러 가지 방법을 적극적으로 활용해 객실이 따뜻해질 수 있도록 신경 써 주셨습니다. 추가로 필요한 물품도 바로 준비해 주시고, 불편함은 없는지 계속해서 확인해 주시는 모습에서 진심 어린 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 이런 세심한 서비스 덕분에 단순히 숙소에 머무는 것이 아니라, 정말 편안하게 쉬다 간다는 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다. 여행 중 숙소에서의 편안함은 굉장히 중요한데, 켄싱턴 리조트는 그 부분을 충분히 만족시켜 주었습니다. 전반적으로 직원분들 모두가 친절하고 응대가 빠르며, 투숙객의 입장에서 한 번 더 생각해 주는 서비스가 인상 깊었습니다. 경주 여행을 계획하고 계신 분들이라면, 편안한 숙박과 따뜻한 서비스를 함께 경험할 수 있는 숙소로 켄싱턴 리조트를 자신 있게 추천드리고 싶습니다. 다음에 경주에 다시 방문하게 된다면, 고민 없이 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다.

2박숙박했는데 업글도 해주셔서 아동포함 4인가족 정말 만족하고 잘 쉬다왔어요 ^^ 작지만 코코몽키즈카페 애슐리 편의점 등 있어서 아이들 동반 가족들에게 좋구요. 기본 제공 수건도 부족하면 추가금없이 추가 가능합니다. 리모델링했다고 해서 방문했는데 컨디션 너무 좋아요 연박이라 수건이랑 휴지 등 문고리에 걸어두셔서 이점도 좋았고 특히 애슐리 조식 !! 저희 아이들 아주 만족하며 잘먹었어요 직원분들도 친절하고 다음에 경주 방문하게 된다면 저희 가족은 또 가성비 좋은 켄싱턴 재방문할 예정입니다. 경주여행 최고!!
