Great location for walking to all the sites and catching bus number 10. Close to shops and restaurants too. The room and common areas were very clean and the breakfasts were great.

Room cleanliness was suspect; there were remains from a bug killed on the wall and numerous stains. AC unit wouldn’t turn off after starting. Only one small pillow, and two small towels which were not enough.

Stayed a comfortable 2 nights. Room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was friendly. They provided towels and water each day. The only downside for me is the brightness of the lights on the control panel on the wall. I couldn’t figure out a way to cover it for complete darkness at bedtime. On the plus side, it was very quiet.

Good experince staying here. Hotel is in good condition and the free selfcooked breakfast is a plus. The admin lady gets a bit mad when you do scramble eggs instead of fried eggs, not sure why. Close to historical places by walk.

This is not a hotel, even a 'mini' one in any sense of the word; but it is a very good quality, clean and simple guesthouse. The room was compact, but very clean, as was the decent-sized bathroom. Water was replaced daily, and so were towels, although we would prefer large ones to the small ones provided. A shower curtain or screen would also be better. WiFi was really quick. The room didn't have much storage or hanging space and the bracket for the TV was much too low. There were no sockets close to the beds, nor any bedside tables. Breakfast was simple: cereal, toast, butter, jam, instant coffee, orange juice and eggs that you could make youself. However, the kitchen was only available from 8am - 9.30am so this place wouldn't work for people wanting anything other than eggs, which were the only thing that the pans were allowed for, or to cook for themselves at other times. It is a short walk to the central attractions or to bus stops and the bus stations. Overall a perfectly decent guesthouse, but if it claims to be a hotel it needs to offer a bit more of what one might expect in one.

Watch out for the odd mosquito. The room is comfortable otherwise, the bathroom clean and operational. Staff were pleasant and helpful where possible. Breakfast elsewhere. Location near vus depot.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was limited, and the only cooked option was eggs and toast that guests needed to cook themselves, although the food and drinks were very good quality. The hotel is located very close to the bus stations, bicycle rentals are available nearby and there are also lots of restaurants nearby too. The bedroom was very spacious and the en-suite bathroom was great with a very powerful shower. It was also very good value for money.

For the price, the place is truly unbelievable. It seemed to be recently renovated. New air-conditioning, TV, elevator, etc. The place was clean; manager was kind, breakfast was free, close to the bus terminal and numerous restaurants. There was also semi valet parking.

가성비가 좋은편이고 아침식사를 풍성하게 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 사장님 두 분 모두 친절하게 해 주셔서 감사해요. 주변에 모텔 같은 게 많지만 숙소 골목은 조용하고 주택가라서 괜찮았어요. 여겅분들 황리단길에서 저녁에 걸어 올 때 큰 길로 다니면 더 안전할 것 같아요.

The family room was not very big but can accommodate 3 people comfortably. There was no kettle or amenities like bedroom slippers in the room. Towels were small but sufficient to dry oneself. There was a big communal area on the ground floor with dining facilities. Breakfast is free from 8 to 9.30am with simple food like bread and cereals and milk and juices. Toaster ovens and pans are available for use with eggs provided.

Clean, new and good value.
Check in was speedy. Made coffee in the evening n looking for milk. She opened a new packet n gave to me. Toothbrush and shaver available for free n placed on a table near kitchen. Breakfast provided. Very good price. Centrally located within minutes from intercity bus station. From the same bus station can take bus 11 or 10 to historical places n Bulguksa Temple.

Honestly for the price it's almost impossible not to feel at home and comfortable. Rooms are on the small side but the service is amazing and the food is delicious. Definitely not to miss!

It was a very basic room, but clean. Breakfast, toast and egg which you have to cook yourself and wash the dishes afterwards. Receptionist speak a little english. Location is convenient near the bus terminal and walking distance to the hanok village.

The guest house is close to the intercity bus terminal. It only takes you 5 minutes' walk. The lobby and the common area for chatting and eating is big. For breakfast you can serve yourself fried or scrambled eggs, toast with butter and jam, cornflakes with milk and coffee or tea. Inside the room it is clean and spacious. The only things need to be improve are the need for more clothes hangers and more slippers for the shower room as tge floor will be wet all day after you have showered.

New-ish place with a shared kitchen
Generally it was a nice newish place. There is a kitchen with food, making it feel a little like a friendly hostel. Parking can be a bit of a problem, as spaces are very limited. The biggest problem for me was that the duvet didn't have a cover. They looked clean, but I wasn't sure if or how they were washed. It's close enough to lots of places.

Very conveniently located near the Express and Intercity bus stations. Looks like it is in the love hotel area, which is perfectly safe at night. The staff speaks limited English, but has useful instructions re busses, trains, top sights printed out in English. Looks like the owners have visited a few hip new hostels, but seemed to miss something. However, will recommend this place for a cheap, clean and very comfortable stay.

Location is fantastic! Very close to the bus terminal and almost major city bustop. We went to all the major attractions using the bus with no problem. The front desk lady was kind enough to hold our bags for our early check in and hold our bags again when we checked out. The facility looks pretty new and the elevator and room looks newly updated. We got to family room which fits about 4 people. I feel like 5 would be too crowded for the room size. They serve continental breakfast from 8-930am and there’s also a communial stove and fridge for the guest to use if they want to cook their own. The bathroom was very clean and I love the dual shower head. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very basic with no frills. Bread, eggs, coffee & juice for breakfast but need to make your own & wash your own dishes. Clean small towels daily but no cleaning or making your bed.
