"Could not check in. You have to check in using a machine which was not working well and there is no way to contact anyone since there's no staff at all. I was almost stranded in Yongin because of this horrible system.

"This is a great place to stay in Yongin. The staff are friendly, helpful, and have good English. They let us store our bags both before check-in and after check-out allowing us to explore the area and the nearby folk village. It has great transit connections and the room is very comfortable."
