어메니티가 부족합니다

어메니티가 거의 없어요. 샴푸, 비누, 칫솔만 있고 치약, 바디샴푸 등등 없습니다. 그래도 조용하고 침대도 편했습니다.

모텔같은 특급호텔인가 봐요

특급호텔이라고 기대를 했습니다. 두산베어스 선수단 숙소이기도 하구요. 아시아나 항공사 직원들도 이용하는 호텔이더군요. 근데. 객실 청결도나 상태가 마치 깨끗한 모텔 수준 밖에 안되는 것 같더라구요.

Nice hotel. Very close to train station.

We had the very best room. Expensive but nice. Strangely furnished with big open areas that looked like it needed more furniture . Also our toilet overflowed. Breakfast waitress was not particularly friendly but there was s nice young man at the front desk who spoke English well and was very helpful. Still a nice stay.

すごく広い部屋でびっくりしました。一人で泊まったので落ち着かないほどでした。バスタブはありましたが蓋がなくお湯をためることができなかったのがとっても残念でした。 場所は便利とは言い難いですが，コンサートの場所に一番近かったので利用しました。また機会があれば利用しようと思います。

편하고 친절하고 청결. 교통이 좀 불편했지만 택시로 이동가능. 호텔에 원하는 조건은 대부분 충족시켰는데 어메니티에 샴푸 린스가 없었어요~ 부탁하면 갖다주시기는 하는데 참고하세요.

위치가 좋고 전반적으로 깨끗함.

객실 내 등이 다 안켜져 어두웠던 점, 온풍기로만 난방이 되어 불편한 점, 샤워기에서만 뜨거운 물이 나오고 세면대에서 잘 안나오는 점, 아침식사 룸서비스를 주문했는데 다음 날 체크아웃 할 때까지도 그릇을 문 앞에 놓고 치우지 않았던 점 들이 마음에 걸리네요. 아, 제가 회사에 지출결의때문에 2박을 하면서 각각 다른 카드로 두 번 결제했는데 그 이야기를 예약할 때, 체크인 할 때 두 번이나 했는데 체크아웃 하고 나오니까 전화오더군요. 1박 비용을 결제안 했다고 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 아무리 그래도 5성급 호텔인데 서울 호텔에 비해 전문성이나 서비스가 많이 떨어지긴 해요. 예약할 때는 페이지에 안내된 번호로 걸었는데 객실 담당이 아닌 룸서비스?였나 아무튼 다른 부서로 연결되어 저를 기다리라고 해놓고 약 10분동안 방치 당하기도 했어요. 그렇지만 전체적으로 시설이나 베딩은 마음에 들었고 위치도 좋았어요. 조용하고 깨끗했고요.
