"The floors were not clean in our room, so we made sure to keep our shoes on. I wore white slippers and was quite appalled by the dirt on the bottom at the end of our stay. The bathroom was nice but smelled like a sewer. Everything else in the room was perfect, and I cannot say enough good things about the rest of the property and the amenities. All staff members were wonderful, and the bartenders were amazing!"

"The check in person was wonderful and the lobby and room were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as well. The water pressure was fantastic! I was disappointed to find the chair provided was horrible so we “rested” on the bed. The hair dryer was broken, only working on low and had to cut off and on by unplugging it. I had forgotten my personal dryer so it was double aggravating for me. I would stay again, making sure to bring my own dryer and making sure we had plenty of events scheduled to keep us busy."
