I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional."

"This a very friendly and really nice and clean hotel. It is really worth of money. The breakfast could be more variable as every day the same. The only problem is that nobody speaks English in the hotel even the receptionist too. Trams, local busses are very close for only 27 TL (50 penny or 60 cents). Antalya main bus station is just about 4 tram stops from this hotel. "

"Thank Mustafa, Fasih, Erol, Surreya, and Mila for your outstanding hospitality! I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. But I ended up staying 5 weeks. The mountains view especially with the sunset is breathtaking.  The apartments are clean, new, and got everything.  The staff speak English and caring, especially Mustafa. I will return again for sure. I highly recommend it! It is better than big brands like Hilton and Marriott."

While it is a good option for those seeking a secluded countryside retreat in Turkey, it is important to note that the location may present challenges for those without a rental car. The lack of public transportation options and the language barrier can make it difficult to navigate the area. Additionally, there are limited evening activities within walking distance of the hotel. There were also some issues with the room service. Despite repeated requests, the tea and coffee mugs in the room were not replaced. This made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings. The hotel staff, while friendly, did not seem to make much effort to engage with guests or offer assistance. This could be due to a language barrier, as many of the staff members did not speak English well. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Overall, the B Business & SPA hotel has some positive aspects, such as the spacious rooms and reasonable price, but the secluded location, transportation challenges, and limited amenities may be drawbacks for some guests."
