"Very disappointing experience. I had already paid for my stay, but upon check-out, the hotel charged me again. I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional."

"This a very friendly and really nice and clean hotel. It is really worth of money. The breakfast could be more variable as every day the same. The only problem is that nobody speaks English in the hotel even the receptionist too. Trams, local busses are very close for only 27 TL (50 penny or 60 cents). Antalya main bus station is just about 4 tram stops from this hotel. "

"Solo traveler booked a last minute accommodation. Very good location, access to tramway on doorstep.The bathroom was smelly, not sure due to drainage problems? Apart from that is was a perfect stay."

"Thank Mustafa, Fasih, Erol, Surreya, and Mila for your outstanding hospitality! I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. But I ended up staying 5 weeks. The mountains view especially with the sunset is breathtaking.  The apartments are clean, new, and got everything.  The staff speak English and caring, especially Mustafa. I will return again for sure. I highly recommend it! It is better than big brands like Hilton and Marriott."

"Hotel opened for business May 2024 so everything pristine. Big room and bathroom, windows that open wide, big dining room with excellent breakfast including helvah. next door is fast food with good soup and salad. The area was farmland but is being built up rapidly. You need to drive to get beer because hotel has no alcohol. We enjoyed Hipodrom and plan to return. "

The lack of public transportation options and the language barrier can make it difficult to navigate the area. Additionally, there are limited evening activities within walking distance of the hotel. There were also some issues with the room service. Despite repeated requests, the tea and coffee mugs in the room were not replaced. This made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the evenings. The hotel staff, while friendly, did not seem to make much effort to engage with guests or offer assistance. This could be due to a language barrier, as many of the staff members did not speak English well. Finally, the breakfast and dinner buffets were quite basic and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Overall, the B Business & SPA hotel has some positive aspects, such as the spacious rooms and reasonable price, but the secluded location, transportation challenges, and limited amenities may be drawbacks for some guests."
