"One room was nice. The other room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We requested a taxi for 4:15 am. The desk clerk said he would arrange it. The taxi never came and the nighttime contact numbers were recordings. We were luckily able to catch a bus to the airport. "

"Had a very pleasant stay at this apartment recently. Comfy room with plenty of space for a family of three. It's about 15 minutes from the city centre but wasn't an issue as we had a car. Great location too, highly recommend."

"The problem is that when we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available and we were sent to another hotel, where they charged us extra for the night. Now I can't even afford to pay for a hotel I didn't even stay at."
