"The front desk people didn't speak any English. However, they were very polite and the man who showed us to our room was very helpful. Our room was lovely. Be prepared for a hard mattress, like everywhere else in Turkey, however. The spa was lovely and reasonably priced."

"The hotel canceled our confirmed booking 15 mins before we arrived to hotel. The person on the phone even said they sold our room to someone with higher price as a reason. All other places were full because of the holiday week. We had such a hard time to find another place to stay."
