"We've stayed before - same problem as last time. It was cold and the heating was only put on after some persistence from us. The staff here do not have control of the heating so it is hard for them to respond to a reasonable request for warmth"

"This is my go to hotel, when I am staying in Nottingham. Easy check-in Great service from the staff in all departments. Clean Gym & Spa areas. Free car parking. The only thing that I did not like was the vegetarian sausages."
