"The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint I had was about breakfast. I was there a little after 7:00 and there was no milk, juice or sweet rolls. You could make a waffle or unappealing eggs and sausage."
"Not worth even half what we paid.
Bathroom tiles bulging from wall, tub tap not functioning, fan not working and rusted, hair dryer barely worked, window fan didn't do anything, door jam insecure and bold sign says DO NOT LOCK DEADBOLT. Saggy bed. Walked on carpet near bed and it crunched under feet. Breakfast was fine, packaged items from grocery. Service was there at check in, not there any other time. Our friends stayed in a similar room, only difference in their experience was the carpet was wet in a spot."
"This hotel has not been updated for at least 20 years. Stayed here 20 years ago. It is now one or two star dirty halls, dirty carpets even dirty rooms. We had a desk in our room that hardly allowed enough room between the wall and the desk to get to our beds. Showers are showing age sinks are missing parts and overall just a dismal experience would not recommend staying here ever again."
"The place was very clean. Pools only open from 9 to 9, so you aren’t allowed in them to see a sunrise or a proper sunset. The restaurant is pretty pricey.
Thursday night there was a very loud band that played until 10pm!!! Very annoying in a place that is to be used for relaxation.
We would not return."
"The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. Feeling a little frustrated by this inconvenience, I approached the front desk to ask for more information and see if there was anything they could do to help. I mentioned I was frustrated and the staff members reaction was quite rude and dismissive, giving only a dead stare and asking, "Well, what are you looking for?" It made me wonder if this is the kind of customer service we should expect. While I understand emergencies can't always be avoided, a little reassurance or assistance would have gone a long way in making our stay more comfortable. Sadly, no apology or sympathy was offered for the major inconvenience of not being able to shower or use the restroom. It felt like we were treated more like an annoyance than valued guests, which was very disappointing and made for a poor experience."
