"cons: - too many props and precious furniture that may be easily broken and damaged, suggest you moving them apart if you want more space - toilet will easily get wet as no shower curtain in between - poor window soundproofing so you could hear the pruning at 7am in the early morning - tiny room suitable with smaller size of luggage"
