Pros :
1. Location is in old city. Near to Jagdish temple, city palace, gangaur ghat & bagore ki haweli. All at walking distance.
2. View from rooftop restaurants is very nice.
Cons :
1. Water leakage issue
2. No toilet papers in washroom. Has to call them again and again for room cleaning.
3. No water bottles in room
4. Owner is very money minded person and his behaviour was not good.
4. Cabs not easiliy available since it is in old city.

The Kotra Haveli in Udaipur is in a fantastic location, very close to the Jagdish Temple and Lake Pichola. It provides a calm, clean, safe haven, in the heart of the tourist area and shopping side streets.
The restaurant and roof top seating area has amazing views of the City Palace. Breakfast offers a variety of Continental or Indian styles. The Lunch and Dinner menu is great too.
The Hotel Manager is very helpful, as is all the Hotel Staff.
We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Udaipur.

Noisy nights during marriage seasons so would recommend not to stay during Indian marriage seasons. Too noisy especially near the lake rooms as event management works overnight to prepare stages and mandap. Staff at service desk are Junior ladies with not authority or capability to make any change. ...
