Disliked: Check-in, communication
Pros: on the beach, great balcony, dishwasher, comfortable beds, auto locks on doors, plenty of parking. Beach was clean. Chairs and umbrellas offered. Pricey, but offered. Lots of towels and washcloths provided. Streaming apps loaded on the television. Cons: seal on the bathroom wasn’t right. Water on the bathroom floor after each shower in the master. Sand all over the floor as of day 1. Expected, but when you wait hours to check in, you expect a clean floor at least. We actually found toenails and barf on the balcony! Gross!One roll of toilet paper per restroom isn’t great for a 7 day stay. A good distance from anything of any merit. Be sure and rent a car if you’re staying at Crystal Shores west. This is “family friendly” so that means KIDS everywhere. Disturbing your peace, throwing sand, and ultimately interrupting an otherwise relaxing setting. Also, the kids play with the elevators. They push every button as they exit, and you will wait for what seems like an eon for it to come get you. Ubers tend to decline rides here frequently. Not sure why.
