Our welcome packet with park permit we didn’t see! Our vehicle got towed without communication! We left multiple messages and called multiple numbers and no return call! Had to pay to get vehicle back! Found out that 4 tenants on Saturday night got towed! Trash was on steps from Saturday till we left on Tuesday! Very disappointed in how the web shows it as it is nothing like described! We were upset with the lack of communication! We kept getting told they would call us and never did!
