"This is the first time we stayed at the Phoenix on fall break. To begin with we were staying Monday through Thursday but we had an unexpected death in the family and I had no trouble changing our stay to Tuesday through Friday without extra charges. When we arrived everything for the shrimp festival was being set up and the road in front of the condo was blocked off so we had to navigate around all of that, which the facility has nothing to do with that but a notification about it would have been nice. Check in by phone process was easy. We had a 1 bedroom condo and other than some dust on the headboard of the bed it was clean. We were expecting the unit to have a washer and dryer but it didn't, the washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor. We were on the 4th floor and the beach view was great. The balcony had nice chairs and table to enjoy the view. The staff that we encountered was nice and informative. Our stay got cut short by the hurricane that was expected and the facility asked everyone to check out by a certain and said they would refund the nights that we were not able to stay. All in all we were satisfied and will look at staying at the Phoenix again in the future."

"We were only able to stay one of the two nights we had reserved due to the mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Isiasis. But, we did enjoy the time we had there. The staff was very upfront and professional about the hurricane and evacuation."

"This is a nice secluded villa. Beautiful golf course front, and about 8 minutes drive to the public beach. Best of all this Villa is very large with a living room, dinning room, kitchen, and hugh king size bedroom. Excellent value for everything you get. You will feel like you are home."
