We got an upgrade to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay. We ate dinner at the hotel. The food was really good. We stayed only one night.

Very good hotel, excellent location near the beach, great pool and very good breakfast. Highly recommended!

The location of the property is one of the main features. Right in the heart of Amalfi without having to climb any of the narrow staircase alleys. The property is also very well maintained and clean. The only thing we didn't like about our room is that there wasn't a window facing outside. So I'd enquire about it before booking.

The room is just beautiful, the view is spectacular and the service matches its perfection. The view from our balcony was just stunning, the location right at the front of the port was perfect for travelling around and the service and breakfast was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay,

The simple white interiors reflect the ancient history of this old monastery, now a top quality hotel perched on the side of the cliffs, overlooking Amalfi and the sea. Spectacular views and wonderful service! Regrets that the 'infinity pool' is only open from May to September, note that this is not mentioned on their website.

We stayed here at Villa Yiara for 4 nights. It is a lovely bnb with stunning views of Positano, and such a great price. We had room number 1, with a jet shower (not jacuzzi bath) and a balcony. Very nice Hotel, easy walk to Town square, railway station restaurants and bars. Stunning views ,staff polite courteous ,friendly and helpful,nothing is too much trouble. This hotel has got almost everything right. The position is opposite the train station, on the end of the pedestrianised area and 200 metres from the port. We found it good value for money. We had a room overlooking the station, and yet never heard any noise. We were always greeted with a cheery "Hello" or "Buongiorno" every time we walked in to or out of the hotel. We had a basic room which WAS basic but very clean (basic meaning dated) we stayed 4 days and the room cleaning service was excellent, breakfast was continental, WiFi was a bit hit and miss but okish, no SKY in the basic rooms,, ideally situated for Pompeii as its literally across the road, didn't know until we got there that entry is free every 1st Sunday of the month. Lovely hotel, great spot for getting to/from naples airport - about 35euro in a taxi/20mins drive (much quicker than any central naples hotels). It was a perfect "last day" spot for me, after a week on the amalfi and wanting a hassel-free early morning transfer. Such a lovely hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The views of Sorrento are stunning. The Hotel Restaurant food was superb the best food we have ever had in a hotel Restaurant. We used the hotel shuttle bus which was so reliable and quick into Sorrento town. You can walk into town which only took about 15 minutes. This hotel should be a 4 star... even though this hotel doesn’t have a pool and spa facilities, you CANNOT fault this hotel.
