Hotel was very nice with very large rooms. Everything was good, rooms just need alttle TLC and refreshing. Hotel close to a few Underground Stations and basically around the corner to the British Museum.

I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

Very miserable staff
The room was small… nothing like the picture
The bath didn’t have taps… I had to fill the bath with the shower
Room was for two people but only had one towel
No air conditioning just a small electric fan
