"We have been staying here twice a year for the past 4 years. All our previous stays we rated at all 5 stars. We did notice that, with the new management, the service is not as good. We really like this hotel, so we hope the improve to the previous standards."

"Got there early was told room was not available yet, but they took my name and said they would call when room was ready..they never called. I had to check back 4 hours later. Paid for ocean view. Room was at the front of the property so most of my “view” was the pool. Bed was not comfortable and needs replaced."

"The bar and restaurant was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The free laundry room with free soap was a huge plus. The location was exactly what we needed for our event at the convention center."
