"The view was wonderful. The hotel was NOT. This place needs some serious attention. Our backdoor wouldn’t shut. The AC cover fell off when I moved the little plastic table outside- because the table was holding it up. The flooring is coming apart. The lamp in the living room kept flickering. The entire place needs paint. It looks like housekeeping is doing the best they can, but there's only so much that can be done to a place that just needs to be completely redone. "

"We originally booked at another hotel, it after reading poor reviews, we jumped on Expedia and changed ti the Wyndam Grand. When we arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded ti a suite - the presidential suite. We totally thought they were kidding. That weren’t!!! Our room had 2 floors, 3 living rooms, a full kitchen, a wet bar, dining room, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an ELEVATOR, 3 floor length balconies, and spectacular oven views everywhere. The room was Epic! The hotel staff treated us like VIPs. I’ve never had a better experience. Wyndam has won a customer for life! I can’t thank them enough for the smile that never left my child’s face!"
