"Loved the room… Checking in was fast. Loved the pool bar, staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, staff not too experienced in waiting on the customers. Questioned me on why I wanted orange juice for breakfast, did not write down what we ordered and the order was wrong but we ate it anyway. Other than that, we had a great time at the hotel."

"I have stayed at a number of hotels in my lifetime and the Westin Tampa is definitely in my top 5 experiences. It was the customer service in every department for me - Earnest's hospitality and love at the front desk, the young man that works in the pool area, the bartender ensuring all of our meals were correct, the housekeeping team providing us with the tools we needed to maintain our suite, the valet team - every person on site was clearly committed to creating a high-quality experience for the hotel's guests. The pool was gorgeous. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The hotel smelled wonderful and the rooms were updated and clean. The Westin will be our hotel of choice any time we are in Tampa."

"Balcony door was hard to open and shut and the coffee maker was messed up. We were able to make coffee but had to hold it down while brewing. Was not aware that there would not be maid service. Other than that it was fine."
