"The beach view was excellent! That was the best thing about the property. The hotel needs a lot of renovations. We were told that housekeeping would service our room after 2 days, but they did not. I had to go down to the front desk to request service and even then, when housekeeping came to our room, they were only going to give us clean towels. I had to ASK them to service our room. Again, the view was excellent, but this hotel definitely needs some interior painting, new interior doors, and other renovations."

"We were locked out of our room. The master key and physical key barely opened the door. It was very hot, and smelled like mildew. The second room was on the second floor, the remote for the tv was also for the air conditioning unit which still did not work for either. "
