"Staff in the lobby were great and also the concierge. Everyone at the front were very helpful, now the bar and breakfast/ Diner are not so much. Waited forever for someone to acknowledge us and all we wanted was some coffee, then took forever just to ring us up. Other than that everything was great, rooms were perfect and clean. "
