"1/2 of room outlets did not work, no tv remote (took 2 hours to receive one), poor office communication, bathroom needs a serious update, pool bathroom was disgusting( floor was covered with dirty used paper towels)"

"I loved this hotel with the exception of one employee. Her name is Cecilia. She has a chip on her shoulder and is so confrontational and just very rude. She has No business working with guest. I know others will complain, She is That Bad, so hopefully she will be gone when I visit next year. The other staff member s were very sweet. Don't know why they have to work with her."
