"My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. Right from check-in, the service was poor — the staff seemed unprepared and unwilling to assist, which created a negative first impression.
Additionally, I was surprised by extra charges that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking, which I find to be a lack of transparency.
The situation got worse upon entering the room. The cleanliness was below standard, with the floor feeling greasy, giving an overall impression of poor hygiene. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest and affecting the overall comfort of the stay.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. There are several basic areas that need urgent improvement, especially customer service, cleanliness, and maintenance."
