"The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

"It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. I booked with a buffett breakfast but when i called PIC says breakfast not included. "I went to wee the hitel room and I was disgusted. Room smelt of damp and I had allergy within 15mins of being there. The bathroom was in a really bad state. I had to leave the hotel room straight away and went to another decent hotel. I did not stay there, I'm not sure what I've been charged for. "
