In need of a refurbishment, hotel is very tired looking and not very clean. The skirting boards were thick of dust, the wardrobe smelt foisty when opened. The Queens Hotel
We needed a hotel for an overnight stay. For the price that we paid we were not impressed. Hotel not as luxurious as we had expected and required updating. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming.
