"Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

"Edda is so thoughtful, kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! The property is her family home for generations and allows you to have a genuine experience of the local culture. It is about a 30-40 minute drive to some of the beaches but I prefer to stay where there are less tourists and I can immerse into the local culture. Nearby Pignine is a beautiful small town. I cannot thank Edda enough for such a wonderful stay. "

Marco was so accommodating and always answered when we called! Once we arrived we were in absolute awe of not only the town but this magical property as well! We called Marco right away to book a second night because we were so charmed. An absolute must when traveling this area! "

"This bed and breakfast was a wonderful place to stay in. The suite was so cozy, clean, and organized. From the pictures and description, it was everything I expected and more. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from every morning. When I come back to visit my hometown, I will definitely be staying here again.
