"The Zuri Hotel is located near SM mall, which was a plus as we went there for food, shopping, groceries, haircuts. We were placed on the third floor, which was right above their event center, and unfortunately, they had an event on the first night that we stayed there which was very loud and where you can feel the vibration from the music. Now having just traveled 30+ hours, we expected to have a good night sleep but unfortunately that did not happen. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the food tasted good. The rooftop swimming pool was very busy with many children and even in their warm tub. The kids were playing so just note if you expect to have a quiet time with adults this is not the place. The staff was friendly and courteous, and very helpful. Shout out to the Concierge who gave us the direction to go to the fish port in Iloilo, which was a lot of fun. I would probably stay here again, but request a high Flor next time. "

"We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures."
