The property is a little dated and needs to freshen up in areas. But it is clean and the staff work tirelessly to keep all area's clean and tidy for guests . The food is ok but can be improved on. Overall I enjoyed my stay and close to the shops and amenities.

Hotel RIU PALACE . The best Tenerife.

The resort offers incredible value for money! The reception staff was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, we had a couple of asks from the housekeeping staff that took several hours and 2-3 phone calls each to resolve, but otherwise we had a lovely stay!

The staff were excellent, so efficient, friendly and quick to respond.

I recently stayed at Pearly Grey Ocean Club Apartments & Suites and wanted to share my experience. First, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to our overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel offered a buffet breakfast option or even an all-inclusive package for food, as options felt quite limited. Additionally, there isn't much in the way of activities for children, which made it less engaging for families. One of the biggest concerns was the check-in time of 4pm, especially considering that guests pay for a full day that technically begins at midnight. Being unable to access the room until late in the afternoon, and then having to check out by 10am, doesn’t feel like good value. These timings definitely need to be reviewed. Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working. We reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. All in all, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and views, but a few upgrades and adjustments would really improve the overall experience.
