"The hotel rooms are a bit dated but the location is amazing with beautiful views. Make sure you walk the closed Stalheimsklevia road just outside the hotel."
"Fantastic property, very close to Flam with a great view of the sea. The dinner and breakfast was delicious, when we return to Flam, we will definitely be staying here"
"Lovely hotel, great location. Only minor complaint is that the room was a bit on the warm side and despite several attempts to change the thermostat we couldn’t get it to cool down. Otherwise happy to recommend"

"The bed was so comfortable with the cleanest sheets. The included breakfast was excellent! It is expensive because of the location, but a good option for an overnight stay. We stayed in the family room and it was quite spacious and looked like the pictures. "
"This was a great stop in between our stays in Oslo and Bergen. Lovely scenery and kind people. Would have loved to kayak, but did not have enough time."

"This is an excellent hotel. A bit pricey but worth it. It’s a quaint little town in a very, very quaint hotel room was neat bathroom clean staff outstanding I suggest booking it."
"Amazing overnight stay at the Stalheim Hotel as a mid-point for our Norway-in-a-Nutshell tour. We absolutely loved the historic hotel. The lobby areas are wonderful for hanging out. Great service at the bar (as well as front desk and restaurant). We fell in love with the surrounding area - doing the hike to Nali and down the Stalheimskleiva winding road. Despite the age of the hotel, the rooms were very comfortable with nice showers and unbelievable views!"
