Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. "Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
