Lovely hotel within historic town of Gubbio, very friendly staff. Wonderful views over the town & valley. Parking is free but not near the hotel. We have stayed here each time we have visited Gubbio.

Very nice value for money. Great location and good quality rooms and breakfast. Free ample parking is a plus.

the owner was pleasant and friendly, breakfast was great and plenty of choice, the building was clean and nice to walk into,

The staff, particularly Gonzalo and Romina, were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
