Great area to stay in. Close to everthing. The prroperty is old and the rooms should be renovated, however, the gardens are exceptional. Efren, at the reception was incredibly helpful in guiding us and in getting us all the info we needed. Couldn't have done it without him!

Staff was very helpful. Some staff knows English; that is a big plus for me; I do not speak Spanish. Parking garage is excellent. No problem with checking out at 5:00 a.m.; the attendant was notified and made available to open the door. My single room was large and comfortable, with private bathroom and hot shower. Two courtyards have an abundance of plants, just like the photos. I have another reservation made, for a 2nd visit. I really liked the hotel. I rent a car at La Aurora Airport, and drive to the hotel. Transportation may be an issue for you, so it is best to plan ahead.

A beautiful, old and largely unrenovated building. Staff try hard, but... no hot water overnight or in the wee hours before a dawn flight. Not a very good breakfast. What's good is the central location -- and the charm of the old building.

Hotel Springs needs a ramp!
Hotel Spring needs very much a ramp! Even if it is an addition not permanent, in wood! It Would be much easier for a wheel chair user like me who can walk only a few steps , and for the staff who has to carry the wheel chai, the heavy luggage and to help me walk! The room downstairs is basic and sufficient Except!!: on my way back from Guatemala there was no food no tea nothing! NADA! On my way in I got a breakfast! And it was very practical! Thank you! Hôtel en décrépitude. Pas d'eau chaude, pas d'eau froide. Literie usée et inconfortable. Désolant car beau potentiel de remise en valeur dans un quartier a potentiel historique. Personnel affable.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren angenehm. Es war etwas laut, da das Fenster direkt zur Straßenseite raus ging. Ich konnte trotzdem sehr gut schlafen. Die Terrasse ist super schön und es gibt mehrere angenehm Orte innerhalb des Hotels, um zu sitzen und sich etwas auszuruhen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Für meine erste Nacht, nach einer langen Reise, war die Unterkunft perfekt für mich.

Excelente atención de los recepcionistas, perfectamente ubicados a 2 calles de la Av. Sexta donde se ubica comercios, restaurantes, cine y es la misma calle que te conduce al Palacio de Gobierno. A mejorar el WiFi en las habitaciones del segundo patio planta baja 👍
