Th room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They called and checked on me to be sure I had a ride to the airport. They provided a shuttle. The staff was also very responsive and helpful the night of check in. The hotel is gated and the gates are locked at night. Feels very safe and secure. Next trip will plan to stay here again.

Oliver and his wife were AMAZING! Always ready to help us. He showed us the city and recommended very nice places. The property was clean, save and in a very nice location. If we ever come back to Guatemala will definitely use their services again.

The staff was very accommodating, the room was comfy and the water was hot! We told them that we were going to leave early in the morning (before the free breakfast) but they still had a packed breakfast ready for us! Nice spot!

Very nice home-like setting. Service was great and the food was excellent! The entrance and parking a bit tight, but manageable. Very close to the zoo, archeological museum, and the airport. Only a few miles from the very large Miraflores mall shopping center. Will stay here again!

Overpriced

Fine bed but not a hotel and really shouldn’t be on this app as a Hotel. It’s a room through a persons home, then an office floor and in the back there is an extra bedroom. It was a $20 room for $60. Not great.

Amabilidad, buena ubicación, baños sucios.

Los propietarios son amables y muy serviciales. Están siempre pendientes de los huéspedes. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente ya que está cerca del aeropuerto y muy accesible para el medio de transporte. Las camas son confortables pero las sábanas no son limpias, están llenas de pelos; al igual que las habitaciones tienen lo necesario pero no son tan limpias. Los baños los encontré sucios...
