You have to drive down a very steep slope to get to the property. That in itself is a challenge but the road is completely distroyed with multiple potholes and brackages on the road making it a very treacherous drive. When we arrived, they had no running water. Was told it would be fixed in 5 minutes. Of course it was not. When the was was finally fixed, the water pressure was very low. Had to flush 3 times to clear tank. Very low hot water. Had to play around with the tap to get it working. Walls very thin. Heard ppl talking and kids crying most of the night. Woke up very earl to construction workers on the roof. Breakfast had hair in the eggs. Not enough staff. Had to constantly go around the building to look for concierge to help. Beautiful lake view but I would not recommend this place to stay for the above reasons. Really ruined my vacation.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy linda el cual deberían de aprovechar y mejorar las instalaciones. Existe mucho ruido en las habitaciones, se ve desordenado con toda la ropa tendida, las camas no son cómodas. Me gusto que tiene su propio parqueo sin costo adicional y

Hola está finca/Hotel no la recomiendo para las personas o familias que quieran sentirse seguros, En la noche solo hay una muchacha joven y es la dejan encargada, Las camas tienen colchones super duros y la propiedad está muy deteriorada, Nosotros reservamos 2 noches pero decidimos irnos al otro día el dueño dijo que llamara a Expedía para hacerme el reembolso de día que no nos quedábamos y luego que expedía los llamo no devolvió nada así si hacen reserva no paguen si no cuando lleguen y les parezca otra cosa la propiedad está en la parte de abajo de una loma y si van en un carro pequeño se van en problemas para subir con toda la familia y maletas.
