"Staff responded to our requests promptly, heated jacuzzi and rooftop patio delightful. Views are beautiful. Walking distance to Guatape is a very big bonus. Rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling so the noise from the town is terrible at night due to loud concert music. They are building a shopping mall directly across the street and the rooms facing this will hear noise from banging metal and Jackhammers, even on weekends. 7am onward every day.
