Hygiene problem!!!!

Hygiene problem is the main issue of this hotel, i ending up with paying extra for room upgrade, but still, insects still appeared in the middle of the night, small cockroaches with its mother.. very bad experience with this china hotel, front desk staffs are not helpful and force i sign some debit card receipt which didnt belongs to myself not sure will be sign it on their behalf, but i will see my name on that receipt.

The climate in Guangzhou is very humid, but having mold on the walls is not okay. The air conditioner was broken, which did not help.
