"Very good location, nice and updated room, very clean. Most important, the service, excellent. I've been staying at many upscale hotels around the world, including Four Season, Ritz, and Six Senses, but this Sheraton Guangzhou service is on par. Special thanks to the concierge, very friendly, shout out to the one with surname Ma, for going above and beyond to help our family during our stay there."

"Me & my husband are very satisfy with our stay , the staffs from concierge ,check in counter, to housekeeping and servers in the restaurant and bars are all well trained, speak good English. They paid attention to small details . That makes a lot of difference. The concierge even help us booked a car for 2 pax to the airport, w/ his connection, It was upgraded to A big luxurious van . Truly satisfied !"
