"Fantastic location right in the heart of Las Palmas. The receptionist who greeted us was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bed and nice decorative touches. The roof top patio is nice and has a kitchen for guest use. Our one complaint was the difficulty in finding parking, but the receptionist helped, providing us with their one parking spot for 9 Euro per night. "The hotel is very modern. It has a calm beach right out front. Parking is easy to find however the parking meters are a nightmare make sure to ask the reception for a recommended parking lot. The hotel has an app where you can ask for all addition requests. Our unfortunately didn’t work during our 6 day stay but the reception took all our request without a problem.
