Our stay was very pleasant, the only thing was it was too far from the center point of Guanajuato. It was too hard to get a Uber to join the Celebration festivities. So if you’re planning to enjoy a celebration in downtown, I would recommend staying in downtown. We went to celebrate, Dia De Los Muertos but missed late hours entertainment because the hotel is out of the area. The hotel itself is very nice, staff is very friendly, our stay is as very nice.

The property was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was lovely. The only issues we had were with the property. The first day we didn't have any running water. Our safe didn't work. The lock to the door rarely worked which meant that any time we needed to go into our room, we would have to go to the front desk and ask for another key card. This occurred at least twice a day.

This hotel is okay if you want to be near the bus station and toll road. It's cheap, fairly clean, and inexpensive. It looks like it used to be a really nice hotel but it hasn't been updated for awhile. The old central air console is still on the wall but now you must use a remote-controlled wall unit. My main complaint is that I had to wait to take a bath because there was no drain plug. It took half an hour for them to bring me one. Then I discovered there were no washclothes, so I used a towel in the bathtub because I didn't want to wait until 30 minutes for them to bring me one. The bathwater was lukewarm because it's heated by solar panels and it's the rainy season. I'm disappointed because it was my birthday and I chose this hotel especially so I could take a hot bath. My house only has a shower so this stay was supposed to be my birthday treat.

Todo esta muy limpio y las instalaciones son excelentes. El único problema que relamente nos causó un gran disgusto fue que antes de reservar preguntamos varias veces si la alberca contaba con caldera y si la tenian encendida y nos dijeron que sí y al momento de hacer el check in e instalarnos nos dijeron que no prenderian la caldera asi que nos tocó el agua helada de la alberca. Por esa parte fue un pesimo servicio, todo lo demás bien.
