Great hotel, amazing staff

everything was nicely arrange, room was clean as well as the bathrooms. the food at breakfast was delicious as well as the service. I do have a couple of negatives things to report: there was not iron or iron board in the room and there were only three cloth hangers in the closet. not enough when you are traveling for business and staying more than two days

The hotel lacked a microwave and small refrigerator I am giving it 5 stars because of the food service captain Tono. He was excellent very attentive cordial and always made sure my husband and I got taken care of. The breakfast was good it’s a shame there’s no room service after 3pm. Tono el capitán fue de lo mejor! Gracias por tu atención capi.

Beautiful place and super clean. They just need to cover the holes on doors. Looks like they recently upgraded the locks and old holes are still there. Anyone can pick inside the room from the hallway. This is the only place I stayed that charged me por person, most hotels 4 people can stay on 2 queen bedroom room. This place charges you per person so i ended up getting a second room instead of paying for 2 more guests.

Property is very nice, great pool, lots of greenery. I wish i could have tried the Cava grill, not that it is open only breakfast until early afternoon. But no complaints, great stay... I would stay there again.

Our stay was very pleasant, the only thing was it was too far from the center point of Guanajuato. It was too hard to get a Uber to join the Celebration festivities. So if you’re planning to enjoy a celebration in downtown, I would recommend staying in downtown. We went to celebrate, Dia De Los Muertos but missed late hours entertainment because the hotel is out of the area. The hotel itself is very nice, staff is very friendly, our stay is as very nice.

The property was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was lovely. The only issues we had were with the property. The first day we didn't have any running water. Our safe didn't work. The lock to the door rarely worked which meant that any time we needed to go into our room, we would have to go to the front desk and ask for another key card. This occurred at least twice a day.
